The Mission

The local church has a purpose that is summed up in the following statement

“The purpose of the local church is to give every man, woman and child the opportunity of understanding the gospel and to provide a church where they can grow and develop in ministry for the glory of God.”

The purpose of the local church is to:

1. be a witness
2. be a community
3. disciple believers
4. be a place of worship
5. glorify God

The local church is not perfect but it is God's chosen instument on earth. The statement of faith is a source of unity with in the local church.
